Kieshia is a Certified Home Partners in America agent; the program helps consumers in a lease with the option to purchase a home. Her experience volunteering for Partners in Housing, Habitat for Humanity, and Care and Share Food Bank — three nonprofits that support people experiencing homelessness and low-income families — makes her uniquely equipped to help families in distress due to divorce.
Kieshia’s military background as an army guard expanded her leadership skills; as a squad leader, Kieshia trained soldiers on high-pressure missions, and military policies and procedures. She is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). All of this service-oriented experience demonstrates Kieshia’s ability to help people through difficult situations and create a safe space for both people to feel honored and respected.

Brianna began her career in financial services in 2010 and previously spent 4 years with T. Rowe Price, and 8 years with Jackson. Today, Brianna provides financial and estate planning through the use of equities, fixed income securities, managed money and more through Raymond James.
Brianna resides in Colorado Springs Colorado. She is a member of with Junior League of Colorado Springs. Away from the office, Brianna also enjoys spending time with her family, photography and fun runs.

After facing personal challenges, Sandy became deeply dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating divorce, recognizing the critical need for specialized financial guidance during life’s most pivotal transitions.
Now based in Colorado Springs, Sandy offers a comprehensive suite of Divorce Mortgage Planning services tailored to meet the unique needs of divorcing clients. Her expertise includes income and debt analysis, post-divorce mortgage financing, equity buyouts, loan assumptions, and expert witness testimony. Sandy’s personalized approach ensures that her clients achieve financial clarity and stability, enabling them to move forward with confidence.
In 2021, Sandy founded the Krimat Financial Learning Center, a hub for empowering mortgage professionals with resources, training, and tools to excel in the industry.
